(TSX VENTURE:MBC) (MBAC or the Company) is pleased to announce that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the “Court”) granted an order (the “Sanction Order”) on October 3, 2016, approving the Company’s amended and restated plan of compromise and arrangement (the “CCAA Plan”) pursuant to the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada) (“CCAA”) and approving the plan of arrangement involving the Company pursuant to the Canada Business Corporations Act (the “CBCA Plan”). Implementation of the CCAA Plan and the CBCA Plan is subject to satisfaction or waiver of certain conditions precedent set forth therein.
